- Free shipping applies to all metro orders over $100
- $10 flat rate shipping applies to all metro orders under $100
- For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. Some items may take longer depending on your location or the product. Track your order through your account.
All orders are available for click and collect from our Pakenham store - 46 Southeast Boulevard, VIC. Select this option at checkout.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track it through your account.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Most items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Some exclusions apply (e.g. pet food, custom items, clearance). See our Refund Policy for full details.
