For Metro delivery before Christmas orders should be placed by Friday 12th December 2025.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
FREE Delivery on Standard Orders over $100 to metro areas.
Shipping from our online store is available to metro areas within Australia at a flat rate of $10. Currently, orders of $100 or more have FREE shipping to these metro areas.
All remote & regional areas will be charged for shipping at carrier rates.
Orders will be delivered with an authority to leave unless requested otherwise.
If you are based in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne, you can also opt to collect your order in-store at 46 Southeast Boulevard, Pakenham VIC. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-4pm. Public Holiday trading hours may vary (check our Facebook page).
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your order will be dispatched for delivery within 48 hours (Excluding weekends and Victorian Public Holidays). Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
While most of our orders are delivered within 4 days, some deliveries to regional and remote Australia can take up to 10 working days. We use a combination of couriers to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely and cost efficient fashion.
Couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a residential street address for delivery.
HOW DOES CONTACTLESS CLICK AND COLLECT WORK?
Click and collect orders can be collected from our store at:
46 Southeast Boulevard, Pakenham VIC 3810
Please notify a staff member at the front counter of your order number so they may bring it out to you.
PRODUCT LIMITS
Product limits do apply for specific bulk products. If you are wanting to order a bulk amount, please contact us first for a custom quote on shipping.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH MY ORDER?
Contact us via email at hello@hardwarehub.com.au, or phone on 03 5940 0385 within 24 hours of delivery, and our friendly team will organise a refund or replacement as appropriate. If good are damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and/or the damage and send it to hello@hardwarehub.com.au to help us best address your particular issue.
If returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
